Baby Arugula

I love Chinese food, especially Cantonese-style cuisine but there's only one Chinese place on campus; Panda Express. Is it even fair to call it a Chinese place? Anyways, everything there is pretty much just carbs and grease with a bit of protein, so I usually feel guilty after deliciously munching on their battered orange chicken. "Mmm, healthy diet starts. Tomorrow."
How I cheat my way into healthy eating: Baby Arugula. This bitter spicy leaf tastes amazing with any type of Asian food. Maybe I'm just fooling myself and this is a mere excuse to justify my Panda Express diet, but on the bright side I've been getting my daily greens and this combo actually helps a lot with calorie and portion control.
 
Just a tiny easy tip for any fast-food Chinese fanatics like me.
